📍 Shipping Destinations
We deliver exclusively to Australia and New Zealand via Australia Post.

💳 Shipping Fees

  • Standard shipping (AU): $18

  • Express shipping (AU): $18

Additional charges apply for large or bulk orders (e.g., multiple jewelry boxes or custom packaging):

  • Medium parcel: +$5

  • Large parcel: +$8

  • Extra-large parcel: +$12

Orders over 5kg may incur extra charges for packaging or multiple satchels.

🕒 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect information.

  • We ship Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 10:00 AM AEST may be processed the next business day.

📦 Delivery Times

All orders are shipped from Melbourne, VIC via Australia Post:

  • Express Post: 1–5 business days

  • Standard Post: 3–10 business days
    (Delivery times may vary based on your location, especially in rural or regional areas.)

📬 Tracking and Notifications

Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel through Australia Post’s tracking portal, with updates sent to your registered email.

❗ Lost or Stolen Packages

Gintuin Atbp is not liable for lost or stolen items once marked “Delivered” by Australia Post. For added protection, you can choose:

  • Signature on delivery (+$3)

  • Parcel insurance (quote available upon request)

📉 Damaged Items in Transit

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Visit your nearest post office for official inspection (bring packaging).

  2. Contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue.
    We’ll assist you with the claims process after Australia Post’s evaluation.

📌 Special Considerations

  • Shipping delays may occur during peak seasons, public holidays, or extreme weather events.

  • Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer than standard estimates.
